Aromatica Review 2017

By Belinda Barry

I am relatively new to the Aromatherapy world, since 2014, but have been to other Aromatherapy conferences, and I have studied Clinical Aromatherapy and energy healing with ISHA in America, and I am now completing a Diploma in Clinical Aromatherapy at Aminya on the Gold Coast as I wish to continue on to study Aromatic Medicine.
Attending Aromatica 2017 was a fantastic experience to learn from people, who have a vast amount of knowledge and who wanted to share that with others. The conference had such great speakers and they were all so happy to talk to everyone when they weren’t presenting and help others on their educational journey.
There was a varied range of topics that covered everything from adrenal fatigue, chemistry of essential oils, essential oil farm producers, detoxing, helping natural health practitioners have a growing business and learning about how animals can heal themselves.

Deby organized an amazing range of speakers and I know there was a lot of planning involved from the speakers to the trade tables and conference bags, Her daughter, Yaina, did a fabulous job at presenting each speaker and keeping the conference running on time, their was lots of bell ringing and 5 minutes to go notice for each speaker.
