<i>Acacia dealbata</i> Concrete (Mimosa, Silver Wattle)

Extracts of Acacia dealbata -Concrete are produced by extraction (enfleurage) of the blossoms and attached aerial parts of Acacia dealbata. The concrete and its absolute are commonly known as Mimosa, but similar extracts have historically been referred to in Australia as Wattle Blossom extract. Other species of Australian acacia (A. mearnsii, A. melanoxylon) produce similar fragrance compounds and have also been used in the manufacture of Mimosa in Europe.
