EOPAA 2024 Annual General Meeting

This year the EOPAA AGM will be held in late August 2024 rather than November which it has been for the last few years. We have found that November is a busy time for our members with many harvesting through this period. The date is tentatively set for Friday 30th August to be located at SCU, Gold Coast as with previous years. The event will be both in person and by video however all voting has to be done in person or by proxy. This year, as per our constitution, two current members of the executive committee will have to stand down. Two members will be elected to fill these roles and can include the committee members who have been stood down. Nomination and proxy voting forms will be sent out to the EOPAA membership in due course, along with confirmation of the room and an agenda.
